last night was eeentresting. i know that a lot of the conversation was due to the lack of sleep and too much booze. but still

what does it mean to be a punjabi. what does it mean to be indian. why do i get along with north indians much faster than any one else?
i see the point that a lot of indians who live overseas are not willing to understand why india cant be better. but i dont understand it. just like they dont understand why even tho i have been to other places - seen other things - i still think this is absolutly fantastic.

met a very strange couple last night. said they were married - but didnt look it. while nav kept annoying the guy by being very nice to the girl, she just kept talking to me. and didnt want us to leave when it was clear that the guy sure did.

she was a bit thick tho. sad actually. she was obviously educated, reasonalbly attractive and well off. but think. not dumb or stupid but just thick.  ¶ 8/24/2006 12:28:00 PM
